How to Make a Fridge Magnet

One of the things i enjoyed doing is arts and crafts. It gives me a sense of peace and comfort, and the best thing out of it is... At the end, you will have a beautiful product. It creates a sense of fulfillment on your part.

I usually do crafts that i can use of, or helpful for me and most of them are super simple and easy to make.

As i was checking our pantry i spotted a baby food jar that was a give away from the airline. It has been there for ages (I prefer to cook fresh food for my son). It was out of date, so i threw the content and washed the jars. Thinking out loud how to make use of the jars, i came up with a unique idea. I can use the jar for making candles and the lids to make Fridge magnets. Awesome!

Here is how it looks like:

You will need:

Baby jar lids Favourite picture Glue gun Glue Scissor Magnet Decorations (optional)

How to make it:

  • cut the picture according to the shape of the lid.
  • glue down the inside out of the lid and stick the picture.
  • next, glue the magnet at the back and add decorations/embellishment of your choice.

Easy peasy, huh. Its a personalized magnet that could be a nice gift for friends or could be a hand made give aways for celebrations or just simply hang on your fridge.

Our rubbish can make something nice and useful if we only use our creativity, patience and imagination. everyone of us is creative and artistic in our own ways.

Re-use and Recycle for our future children.

What do you think about this fridge magnet? Isn't it awesome, your feed back is important to me and is highly appreciated.

A happy christmas and may you have a wonderful new year full of love and blessings!

Love Sheryl
