Hello hive community! Greetings to everyone! I will be sharing to you again a healthy dish similar to my spinach chicken. Instead of using the same ingredients, In here I used kale veggie and paneer. It's the same methods of preparation with my chicken palak, only the difference is the main ingredients.
It turned out well, I got a compliment from my husband. ๐
Ingredients:
Paneer 400grms Kale leaves 200grms Fresh cream 3tspn. Onion 2medium Tomatoes 1 big Ginger garlic 2inch each (make it paste) Green chili 4-5 pcs. Cumin seeds 1/4 tspn. Chili powder 1 tbspn Coriander 1 tbspn Turmeric 1/4 tspn
Methods:
Prepare and slice necessary ingredients.
Heat some oil, splutter cumin seed.
Add in onion, saute for 3-4 min.
Add in ginger garlic paste, chili. Saute till raw smell goes.
Add in tomatoes , cook tomatoes till mushy.
Add in coriander, chili, turmeric, garam masala powder , salt. Mixed well.
Add in paneer cubes , continue to mix till well coated. Saute in low fire.
Add a 2 cups of water, summer for 5min.
Meanwhile steam kale leaves, drain
Puree kale leaves or coarsely grind adding a little water.
Add in coarsely grind kale leaves. Continue to stir.
Add in fresh cream. Continue to stir.
Simmer in low flame for 4 min.
And it's ready.
Kale leaves was not properly grind as I am using only hand blender, but it's ok, the texture was still ok with me.
