*I used to write poetry a while ago; it's somewhere around the beginning of my career on Hive. Well, I felt like writing again, I'm a bit rusty, so please go easy on me. I believe the reading experience is more "elegant" when read in Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR), so I wrote and translated it into English as I always do with my posts.*

## Illusionary Love
I feel things aren't the same anymore
Inside the house, only longing resides
Yesterday united, today so distant
When will we finally tell the unspoken truth?
I search for you and no longer find you in my gaze
Our love was once a colorful canvas
This place no longer feels like our home
The color has long since dissolved
To you, everything seems so normal
Have you seen me around? Lost in the corners?
The storm is tense, dark, not at all cordial
And you, don't you feel anything when you see my tears?
Our love, finally, has become something illusory
Where did the joy, the smile, the emotion go?
I don't want you to feel anything obligatory
Only memories, good times, and this loneliness.
Your embrace no longer knows how to squeeze me tight
You say I never learn to listen to you
And all I wanted was to love you
But I don't always know how to reveal myself
Have we finally reached our end?
I so wanted to escape this illusion
Only cold ashes remain in the garden
And the bitter longing to return... from the bottom of my heart.
*Há algum tempo escrevia poesias, estão por aí bem no começo da minha carreira na Hive. Bem, senti vontade de escrever novamente, estou enferrujado, então peguem leve comigo. Acredito que a leitura seja mais “elegante” ao ler em português do Brasil (PT-BR), então escrevi e traduzi para o inglês como sempre faço com minhas postagens.*

## Amor Ilusório
Sinto que as coisas já não são como antes
Dentro de casa, só a saudade tem morada
Ontem unidos, hoje tão distantes
Quando diremos, enfim, a verdade calada?
Te procuro e já não encontro em meu olhar
Nosso amor já foi uma tela colorida
Este lugar já não parece o nosso lar
Há muito tempo a cor foi dissolvida
Para você parece tudo tão normal
Já me viu por aí? Perdido pelos cantos?
A tempestade é tensa, sombria, nada cordial
E você, não sente nada ao ver meus prantos?
Nosso amor enfim, se tornou algo ilusório
Onde foi parar a alegria, o sorriso, a emoção?
Não quero que sinta nada obrigatório
Só lembranças, bons momentos e esta solidão.
Teu abraço já não sabe mais me apertar
Dizes, que nunca aprendo a te escutar
E tudo o que eu queria era te amar
Mas nem sempre sei como me revelar
Será que chegamos, enfim, ao nosso fim?
Queria tanto escapar dessa ilusão
Restaram cinzas, frias, no jardim
E o amargo querer voltar... do fundo do coração.
