Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well! ☺️❤️🙏
This afternoon I went out when the rain stopped. I was craving to eat at McDonald's so I went there to treat myself. I just ordered fried chicken with rice, french fries, and a McFloat. I spent ₱186.00 for my Mcdo meal. I used QRPH payment when paying so I could earn cashback. ☺️❤️
I enjoyed my food because it’s been a long time since I last ate at McDonald's. ☺️❤️
I stayed almost an hour at McDonald's. While finishing my food, there was a mother who sat beside me and also had her orders. She was friendly and we had a long talk. That’s what made me stay longer at my table. 🤭 When she finished eating, we bid goodbye to each other.
Since the rain was about to fall again, I hurried to buy groceries and vegetables. On my way to the grocery, there was light rain, but thankfully it stopped when I arrived.
At the grocery, I only bought a few items for snacks and viand. Again, I used QRPH payment to get cashback. I spent ₱396.75 at the grocery. That’s the beauty of using QRPH, there’s cashback for every payment. Here’s what I bought, though I forgot to include the tissue in the picture.
After groceries, I went to the market to buy vegetables such as eggplant ₱40, carrots ₱30, potato ₱25, tomato ₱20, onion ₱20, and ginger ₱10. I spent ₱145.00 in total.
So today, I spent a total of ₱727.75 or $12.72 as of today’s exchange rate.
On my way home, it rained heavily. I only had a hat and no umbrella, but I walked fast because the rain and wind were getting stronger. By the time I reached home, I was already wet.
I immediately washed up, changed clothes, and started preparing for dinner. I washed the vegetables and stored those I wouldn’t cook yet, like eggplant and tomato, in the fridge. Then I washed and sliced the pork I bought at the grocery. I cooked it with just salt first until its own oil came out.
While the pork was cooking, I peeled and diced the carrots, potato, onion, garlic, and ginger. I also sliced cheese.
When the pork’s oil came out, I pushed the pork to the sides of the pan and sauteed the garlic, onion, ginger, carrots, and potato in the center.
I mixed them together, then added vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper, pork cubes, and cheese.
Next, I added green peas and water, mixed everything well, and let it cook.
That’s our dish for dinner, paired with rice. ☺️😋
Since it’s just the two of us eating, we still have leftovers for tomorrow’s viand. ☺️
I am grateful for God’s providence. I know some parts of the Philippines are experiencing a super typhoon right now. I’m praying for their safety and that they may also have food on their tables. Lord, protect Your people. 🙏
Have a Blessed Tuesday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖
Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!
Be grateful in every little/simple things and you’ll find happiness you ever wanted! 😀😀😀
Everyday is worth to be grateful of!
Praying for the safety and wellness of all.
