I got out off the bed way too late again but only slept a little bit more than 6 hours. I really need to work on going to bed at a consistent time, especially with the meds I'm taking at night.

I'm eating a lot of unplanned stuff atm, my mom is getting a lot of too good to go bags so I just eat what's in those to prevent further food waste. It's usually something very calorie dense though and it's getting a bit difficult to make healthy choices. I really hate throwing food away though.
