Trying out Cafe Moni in Cebu!

What's up hivers! Shizen here with my first blog and I'm gonna share my experience at a cafe located in Cebu City. Hope you'll enjoy reading it.  At first, me and my gf @kayela didn't know where to go because we were just strolling at Consolacion, Cebu, finding some spots to chill on. All of a sudden I said to her “let's explore and find some places in Cebu City". She said "Oh, great idea! Let's try cafe moni”. The journey to Cafe Moni began there. This is our first time visiting this cafe, she said she saw it on TikTok so we decided to give it a shot. We don't know the exact location of this cafe so we use Waze as our guide on the way, luckily I have a cell phone holder on my motorcycle so it was a smooth ride going there.  When we reached the city, it was really busy since it was like 2pm when we travelled. We realized it was not along the road or highway so when we entered its place, it was a long way from the highway so if you'll be commuting on the way, you'll need to take another ride to reach the cafe. So skip to the main part, we've reached Cafe Moni located at Acacia, Cebu City. When you enter the cafe, you'll notice it's like a house that's been transformed into a cafe. We ordered Thai style chicken, cucumber juice and strawberry juice. I got the cucumber while she got the strawberry one. We both ordered the Thai style chicken since we've decided to try some different dish😅.  Waiting time was like 10 mins I think. The style of the serving of the chicken was so unique. It was served on a boat styled plate I think 😅 so it was unique for me. About the taste, it was good. It was fresh and crispy by the time it was served. The taste is different because it was thai but I can tell it's a good one and delicious for me. She also liked the chicken. On the other hand for the drinks, I forgot I don't like the taste of a cucumber but I ordered it anyways😅 but the strawberry one was really tasty and good so it's a plus points. After eating, we're just talking about the food and while we're talking, she brought out her dragon sid😅. For those who don't know what dragon sid is, it's like a real seed but you can eat it. You will enjoy taking out the cover and eating it. So while talking about the food and stuff, I'm just finishing her 2 packs of dragon sid😅.  Overall, I'll rate a solid 9/10 based on our experience of the cafe. I didn't give 10 because of the location because it was a bit far from the highway but it was all good. The food was really good, we haven't tried their other foods. There are a lot of foods there but the chicken one was good for me. Their drinks also, I really forgot the cucumber one but for those who really like cucumber, their juice is fresh. The strawberry one was really tasty. There are a lot of choices for drinks also so if you want to give it a try I can really recommend it to you guys. It's a bit expensive though 😅 but it's all good overall.  That's it for me hivers!
