If there is something with which I have always been very selective is with the brand of coffee I consume in the comfort of my home. I am one of those people loyal to a specific brand and very few like to experiment or invent with others. I do not judge those who make them, but coffee is something unique that accompanies me in my day to day life and that makes it different and special.
However, throughout my life I have learned that I can not close the doors to new learning, in the variety is also a diversity of tastes and that I should not always limit myself in food or beverages to a single option. A couple of days ago while I was shopping a thought came to my mind “dare to surprise yourself, give a new flavor to your palate” .
This time I went out of my community and I had the option to go to a supermarket that fascinated me, without a doubt this one made the difference compared to many others, I found a simple and different detail just when I arrived and went through the door I was greeted with a small portion of coffee to taste and consumption of my palate. Can you imagine this to walk between aisles delighting us with the taste of coffee? this was definitely surprising and made me very pleasant my morning and my shopping experience.
When I arrived at the aisle where the different brands of coffee were located, my eyes were delighted, what variety? I could see above all Venezuelan brands that are grown in this beautiful land. There were so many options that it was so complicated for me to decide or choose just one, among all these options could not go unnoticed the reaction of my little Jesus who took our traditional brand used at home between his hands and inhaled the rich aroma of coffee, I feel that this is something that is carried in the genes. I can not deny that this was something very tender to see how he approached the coffee and smelled it with such intensity is like recognizing that this aroma is part of what we call home.
After some time in front of the variety of coffee and thinking about it and thinking about it again we decided to give a chance to a new brand called “Sunrise” . Its name already transmitted something positive, fresh and full of that energy and hope that we all need just at the beginning of the day, this is a traditional coffee that the simple fact of consuming it will allow you to relive the culture and traditions of our beautiful Venezuelan land.
Just in the afternoon we had a meeting with some friends to share some cookies and make a small feedback of an activity that we had developed and what is the best companion for cookies? For me, coffee, but because we were young we decided to combine it with milk and it was the ideal moment to experiment and try this specific brand.
Needless to say that the experience was totally wonderful while the water boiled to prepare the coffee concentrate in another pot began to boil the milk to be combined later. Its flavor and aroma surprised me, it has a concentrated and robust touch that the simple fact of remembering it delights my palate, I was surprised how its flavor stood out even when it was combined with milk. That cup of coffee not only gave me an incredible flavor but also an opportune moment with people I appreciate and with whom I had sincere and very gratifying conversations.
Today I speak to you from a different perspective and with much propriety I tell you that my loyalty to coffee has changed, with this I am not trying to express that I have abandoned the traditional but on the contrary I am open to discovering new aromas and flavors that can be part of a new history that is just beginning to be written. The sunrise coffee left me with the certainty that each cup of coffee has something different to contribute to our daily stories. And the fact is that my dear coffee lovers, this is not only consumed, it is lived.

Un nuevo Amanecer en mi taza de café [eng-esp]
Si hay algo con lo cual siempre he sido muy selectiva es con la marca de café que consumo en la comodidad de mi hogar. Soy de esas personas fieles a una marca específica y de las que muy poca le gusta experimentar o inventar con otras. No juzgo a quienes los hacen, pero el café es algo único que me acompaña en mí día a día y que lo hace diferente y especial.
Sin embargo, a lo largo de mi vida he aprendido que no puedo cerrar las puertas a nuevos aprendizajes, en la variedad también se encuentra una diversidad de gustos y que no siempre debo limitarme en las comidas o bebidas a una única opción. Hace un par de días mientras realizaba mis compras vino un pensamiento a mi mente “atrévete a sorprenderte, dale un nuevo sabor a tu paladar”
En esta oportunidad salí de mi comunidad y tuve la opción de ir a un supermercado que me fascinó, sin duda alguna este marcó la diferencia en comparación con muchos otros, me encontré con un detalle sencillo y diferente justamente al llegar y atravesar la puerta me recibieron con una pequeña porción de café al gusto y consumo de mi paladar. ¿Pueden imaginar esto poder caminar entre pasillos deleitándonos con el sabor del café? esto definitivamente, fue sorprendente y me hizo muy amenas mi mañana y mi experiencia de compras.
Cuando llegué al pasillo donde se encontraban las diferentes marcas de café, mis ojos se deleitaron ¿qué variedad? Pude observar sobre todo marcas venezolanas que se cultivan en esta tierra hermosa. Habían tantas opciones que se me hacía tan complicado poder decidir o elegir una sola, entre todas estas opciones no pudo pasar desapercibido la reacción de mi pequeño Jesús quien tomó nuestra marca tradicional usada en casa entre sus manos y aspiró el rico aroma del café, siento que esto es algo que se lleva en los genes. No puedo negar que esto fue algo muy tierno el ver cómo se acercaba hacia el café y lo olía con tal intensidad es como reconocer que ese aroma es parte de lo que nosotros denominamos hogar.
Después de estar cierto tiempo frente a la variedad de café y de pensarlo y volverlo a pensar decidimos darnos una oportunidad a una nueva marca denominada “Amanecer”. Su nombre ya me transmitía algo positivo fresco y lleno de esa energía y Esperanza que todos necesitamos justamente al iniciar el día, este es un café tradicional que el simple hecho de consumirlo te va a permitir revivir la cultura y tradiciones de nuestra hermosa tierra venezolana.
Justamente en la tarde teníamos una reunión con unos amigos para compartir unas galletas y hacer una pequeña retroalimentación de una actividad que habíamos desarrollado y ¿cuál es el mejor acompañante de las galletas? para mí el café solo que por ser jóvenes decidimos combinarlo con leche y justamente fue el momento ideal para experimentar y probar con esta marca en específico.
Demás está decirles que la experiencia fue totalmente maravillosa mientras el agua hervía para preparar el concentrado del café en otra olla comenzaba a ebullir la leche para luego ser combinada. Su sabor y aroma me sorprendieron tiene un toque concentrado y robusto que el simple hecho de recordarlo mi paladar se deleita, me sorprendió cómo sobresalía su sabor aun cuando estaba combinado con la leche. Esa taza de café no solo me regaló un sabor increíble sino también un momento oportuno junto a personas que aprecio y con las cuales tuve conversaciones sinceras y muy gratificantes.
Hoy les hablo desde una perspectiva diferente y con mucha propiedad les digo que mi fidelidad hacia el café ha variado con esto no trato de expresar que he abandonado lo tradicional sino todo lo contrario estoy abierta a descubrir nuevos aromas y sabores que puedan ser parte de una nueva historia que apenas comienza a escribirse. El café amanecer me dejó con la seguridad de que cada taza de café tiene algo distinto que aportar a nuestras historias cotidianas. Y es que mis queridos amantes del café esto no solo se consume se vive.
