Hoy mi corazón se siente gozoso, estoy muy feliz y siento una gran inspiración por parte de mi amigo, el celebrar un nuevo comienzo, el ver tangible un sueño no tiene precio. El día de ayer pude ser testigo como dio inicio a su tan anhelado proyecto, el cual durante años había soñado desde lo más profundo de su corazón. Recuerdo hace poco más de 3 años como durante un almuerzo compartimos nuestros proyectos de vida y hoy soy testigo de su materialización.
Les hablo de la apertura de su propio gimnasio hace un par de años trabajó como entrenador en otro lugar y justamente el día de ayer cortó la cinta para abrirse camino a su propio sueño y hoy al ver cómo da sus primeros pasos en esta gran etapa de su vida he confirmado una vez más que cuando crees y trabajas de manera intencional lo imposible comienza a volverse posible.
Su historia es una gran inspiración para nuestras vidas, pero también me conmovió ver cómo detrás de esas paredes recién pintadas, de todas esas máquinas brillantes y de su satisfacción dibujada a través de una sonrisa en su cara, hay un gran recorrido lleno de muchos sacrificio, de ansiedad, de noches de desvelo, dudas y decisiones valientes porque definitivamente el vencer los miedos y las inseguridades es nuestro mayor reto.
Mi amigo creyó y se atrevió a superar sus ansiedades, él confió cuando muchos dudaron de que quizás no lo lograría, se atrevió a confiar cuando las circunstancias parecían poco seguras y creyó aun cuando la espera pudo ser larga y es justamente eso es lo que nos llena de dudas, pero fue justamente ese creer su gran motor lo que lo mantuvo firme hasta que el día de ayer lo está viendo tangible.
Y como la felicidad se comparte hoy decidí hacer un delicioso almuerzo que nos permita recordar que los sueños no son algo que se construye de un día para el otro, somos nosotros nuestros propios arquitectos, quienes de manera deliberada lo construimos, inicialmente en nuestra mente, lo procesamos a través del corazón y posteriormente lo reflejamos con las acciones que tomamos.
Estos sueños se alimentan de nuestros pensamientos, de la confianza, de la creencia y de la firme decisión que tomas al mirarte frente al espejo y decirte claro que es posible, claro que yo puedo. Aunque no lo vea a la vuelta de la esquina estoy segura que mañana más tarde lo lograré es justamente esa la gran diferencia entre aquellas personas que se quedan en puro deseo y quienes accionan y un día celebran el haber alcanzado aquello por lo que tanto lucharon.
Es increíble el poder que tiene las creencias en nuestra propia mente cómo podemos confiar en nosotros mismos y sobre todo lo que podemos lograr cuando nos atrevemos a creer, esto determina justamente cómo vamos a actuar y el camino que queremos construir. Sí creemos que somos capaces damos pasos firmes, si creemos somos diligentes y buscamos oportunidades y si confiamos en que merecemos algo mejor de lo que tenemos, luchamos incansablemente y nos levantamos cada vez que la vida nos presenta algún tropiezo.
Hay algo importante que quiero recalcar el creer no solo es la base a esto debemos agregarle ser perseverantes trabajar y aprender de los diversos errores que se nos presenta. No existe duda alguna de que la creencia es como una chispa, es ese combustible que acompaña al esfuerzo y te da dirección en medio del camino porque cuando la mente y la fe van en una misma línea los ensueños comienzan a tomar una forma definida.
Quizás ustedes en algún momento determinado de su vida también han soñado con algo, eso es parte de nuestra naturaleza, tal vez en lo más profundo de su corazón tienen reservada una idea que no les deja dormir tranquilos, ese proyecto que anhelan iniciar, esa meta que parece demasiado alta y lejos a la vez. Pero hoy mi querido amigo lector te digo no permitas que las dudas sean más fuertes que tu fe, no te digas a ti mismo que no puedes porque la realidad es totalmente diferente y es que sí puedes lograrlo si tú lo crees y trabajas un día también estarás celebrando como hoy lo hizo mi amigo.
Hoy junto a él celebró su logro pero con ello atesoro una gran enseñanza los sueños se cumplen cuando la fe, el esfuerzo y la constancia se encuentran en un mismo sentir y todo se arraiga a un pensamiento poderoso yo creo y lo puedo. Así que la invitación en este momento es que te atrevas a creer, que des esos primeros pasos, que confíes en tus dones y talentos porque justamente cuando tú decides creer la vida comienza a abrirte puertas que nunca imaginaste.

Yesterday, I witnessed him launch his long-awaited project, which he had dreamed of from the depths of his heart for years. I remember a little over three years ago, over lunch, we shared our life plans, and today I am witness to its fruition.
I'm talking about the opening of his own gym a couple of years ago. He worked as a trainer elsewhere, and just yesterday he cut the ribbon to pave the way for his own dream. Today, seeing him take his first steps in this important stage of his life, I've confirmed once again that when you believe and work intentionally, the impossible begins to become possible.
Her story is a great inspiration for our lives, but I was also moved to see how behind those freshly painted walls, all those shiny machines, and the satisfaction expressed in a smile on her face, there is a long journey filled with sacrifice, anxiety, sleepless nights, doubts, and brave decisions, because overcoming fears and insecurities is definitely our greatest challenge.
My friend believed and dared to overcome his anxieties, he trusted when many doubted that he might not achieve it, he dared to trust when circumstances seemed uncertain and he believed even when the wait could have been long and that is precisely what fills us with doubts, but it was precisely that belief, his great motivation, that kept him steadfast until yesterday, when he is seeing it tangible.
And since happiness is shared, today I decided to make a delicious lunch that will remind us that dreams aren't something that is built overnight. We are our own architects, who deliberately build them, initially in our minds, then process them through our hearts, and then reflect them with the actions we take.
These dreams are fueled by our thoughts, by confidence, by belief, and by the firm decision you make when you look in the mirror and tell yourself, clearly, that it's possible, clearly I can. Even if I don't see it right around the corner, I'm sure that tomorrow I'll achieve it. That's precisely the big difference between those who remain wishful thinking and those who take action and one day celebrate having achieved what they fought so hard for.
It's incredible how powerful beliefs are in our own minds. We can trust in ourselves and, above all, what we can achieve when we dare to believe. This determines precisely how we will act and the path we want to build. If we believe we are capable, we take firm steps; if we believe, we are diligent and seek opportunities; and if we trust that we deserve better than what we have, we fight tirelessly and get up every time life presents us with a setback.
There's something important I want to emphasize: belief isn't just the foundation; we must also be persistent, work hard, and learn from the various mistakes we face. There's no doubt that belief is like a spark; it's the fuel that accompanies effort and gives you direction along the way. When mind and faith align, dreams begin to take shape.
Perhaps you, at some point in your life, have also dreamed of something. That's part of our nature. Perhaps, deep in your heart, you have an idea that keeps you awake at night, that project you long to begin, that goal that seems too high and far away at the same time. But today, my dear reader, I tell you not to let doubts be stronger than your faith. Don't tell yourself you can't because the reality is totally different. You can achieve it if you believe it and work hard. One day, you too will be celebrating, just like my friend did today.
Today, I celebrated his achievement with him, but with it, I treasure a great lesson: dreams come true when faith, effort, and perseverance unite in a single purpose, and everything is rooted in a powerful thought: "I believe and I can do it." So, the invitation at this moment is to dare to believe, to take those first steps, to trust in your gifts and talents, because precisely when you decide to believe, life begins to open doors you never imagined.
