Muchas veces pensamos que llorar es solo porque estamos tristes, pues déjame decirle mis queridos amigos que muchas veces no vienen desde ese origen, sino de la necesidad profunda de sanar. Estas lágrimas no representan nuestra derrota, por el contrario es nuestra liberación que aun cuando duelen logran purificar y de cierta manera preparan el terreno para algo nuevo.
Durante muchos años pensé que era una persona débil porque de nada estaba llorando, pero con el tiempo he logrado comprender que llorar es de valiente y también puede ser un gran acto de fe, porque cuando decides llorar delante de la presencia de ese ser divino, estás mostrando humildad y una entrega absoluta, esas lágrimas nunca se pierden siempre van a tener un lugar especial.
Y saben ¿qué es lo más curioso aún? Que existen momentos donde las lágrimas hablan más que mil palabras, esas lágrimas que te dicen ya no puedo más, estas cargas son muy pesadas, pero que a la vez nos susurran que debemos mantener nuestra confianza plena en el señor. Son justamente esas lágrimas las que el Padre eterno recoge una por una y las tiene guardadas en un lugar especial.
Justamente en el gran libro de la vida nos dejó un registro “Tú llevas la cuenta de todas mis angustias y has juntado todas mis lágrimas en tu frasco; has registrado cada una de ellas en tu libro." Salmo 56:8 (NTV). Definitivamente es grandioso saber que ninguna de nuestras lágrimas se han perdido y que todas tienen un propósito, cada una de ellas están regando una semilla de fe esperanza y renovación en nuestras vidas.
Muchas veces terminamos llorando por lo que ya está perdido, sin saber que esas están preparando hasta el suelo para recibir lo que realmente estamos necesitando. A veces nos sentimos agotados y que nos las pasamos llorando de decepción, pero es allí donde el señor no recuerdo su misericordia y usa esas lágrimas para transformar nuestro carácter, hacernos mucho más sensibles y humildes.
Ahora bien a lo largo del recorrido muchas veces experimentamos lágrimas de satisfacción, de gratitud infinita, terminamos llorando al ver cumplida esas hermosas promesas que muchas veces parecían imposible de alcanzar, al sentir la hermosa e inigualable presencia de un Dios tan real que me llega y me colma de su bendición, esas son lágrimas de gozo y de adoración a mi padre celestial.
Algo importante que todos en esta vida debemos tener presente es uno de esos proverbios que también esta escritos en la Biblia “La bendición de Jehová es la que enriquece, y no añade tristeza con ella” (Proverbios 10:22), con esto no podemos pensar de manera equivocada que nunca vamos a llorar, podemos llorar y no va a ser por desesperanza, se pueden originar por uno de esos procesos que nos están permitiendo crecer mediante la transformación o la restauración en algún momento los debilita, pero también nos limpia.
Así que mi querido amigo lector, si hoy estás llorando y te sientes avergonzado, recuerda que las lágrimas son nuestro mejor lenguaje, es el lenguaje más sensible a la vista de Dios. No las detengas permite que corran, que mojen tus mejillas, pero eso sí no dejes que borren tu visión porque detrás de cada una de esas lágrimas hay una promesa que se está construyendo.
Ten presente que las lágrimas no son el final, son la apertura de que algo está siendo transformado, sanado o restaurado de que nuestro corazón se está notando y de que el espíritu Santo está obrando.
Y cuando la bendición llegue y no tengas dudas de que llegara, comprenderas que cada lágrima valió la pena. Que no eran de tristeza, sino de propósito. Porque las lágrimas que se derraman en las manos de Dios, se convierten en bendiciones que no añaden tristeza, sino plenitud.

We often think crying is just because we're sad. But let me tell you, my dear friends, that oftentimes it doesn't come from that source, but from a deep need to heal. These tears don't represent our defeat; on the contrary, they're our liberation. Even though they hurt, they manage to purify and, in a way, pave the way for something new.
For many years I thought I was a weak person because I wasn't crying for nothing, but over time I've come to understand that crying is brave and can also be a great act of faith, because when you decide to cry in the presence of that divine being, you are showing humility and absolute surrender, those tears are never lost, they will always have a special place.
And you know what's even more curious? There are moments when tears speak louder than a thousand words, those tears that tell you I can't take it anymore, those burdens are very heavy, but at the same time they whisper to us that we must maintain our complete trust in the Lord. It is precisely those tears that the eternal Father collects one by one and keeps them stored in a special place.
Right in the great book of life he left us a record “You keep track of all my troubles and have gathered all my tears in your jar; you have recorded each one of them in your book." Psalm 56:8 (NLT). It is definitely great to know that none of our tears are wasted and that they all have a purpose, each one of them is watering a seed of faith, hope and renewal in our lives.
We often end up crying over what's already lost, unaware that these tears are preparing the ground to receive what we truly need. Sometimes we feel exhausted and spend our time crying out of disappointment, but that's when the Lord forgets his mercy and uses those tears to transform our character, making us much more sensitive and humble.
Now, along the way, we often experience tears of satisfaction, of infinite gratitude. We end up crying when we see those beautiful promises fulfilled that often seemed impossible to achieve, when we feel the beautiful and unparalleled presence of a God so real who reaches me and fills me with his blessing. These are tears of joy and adoration for my heavenly Father.
Something important that we all in this life must keep in mind is one of those proverbs that is also written in the Bible “The blessing of the Lord, it makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22), with this we cannot mistakenly think that we will never cry, we can cry and it will not be out of despair, they can originate from one of those processes that are allowing us to grow through transformation or restoration at some point it weakens them, but it also cleanses us.
So, my dear reader, if you're crying today and feeling ashamed, remember that tears are our best language; they're the language most sensitive to God's sight. Don't stop them; let them flow, let them wet your cheeks, but don't let them blur your vision, because behind each of those tears lies a promise being built.
Keep in mind that tears are not the end, they are the opening that something is being transformed, healed, or restored, that our heart is being noticed, and that the Holy Spirit is working.
And when the blessing comes, and you have no doubt that it will, you will understand that every tear was worth it. That they weren't tears of sadness, but of purpose. Because tears shed in the hands of God become blessings that add not sadness, but fulfillment.
