The Real Superheroines of Hive Valley
a webcomic, by Matt S. Law
Why butt-shaped? Because last panel she thought the voice was coming out of her butt. Just wanted to remind everyone since it's been two days since the previous panel.
Which of course leads to more butt chatter on the nerd headsets.
When all of the panels are put together into a single, scrolling chapter I bet this comic has a lot more text than most vertical-format web comics. It's because I'm trying to make each individual panel entertaining within the whole. If this were a traditional series, I could spend like 5 or 6 panels setting up for a joke, but then I risk losing people on the way there. 5 or 6 panels is a whole week in the real world for those reading daily compared to 5 or 6 minutes for those reading this later. It's all a delicate balancing act.
Of course, can never go wrong just talking about butts.
Boilerplate:
The Real Superheroines of Hive Valley is a webcomic about a reality television show following the lives of seven public domain superheroines that all live together in the same mansion in the elite community of Hive Valley.
You can read the series from the beginning ---> HERE.
Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on my mobile art studio which is a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. Here is the time lapse video (but you got to click on the link, the string of text with the blue letters, not on the image, the image is just an image and I can't figure out a way to make it into a hyperlink or to embed a Rumble video into HIVE blog):
