Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! It's another gray rainy day here and I'm pretty sure it will rain also during the weekend, but fortunately I can add a lot of colors all around me thanks my brushes and colors. 😊
During these days I love so much to exercise my hands and my imagination painting and sketching little things on the scraps of paper I collected in my work corner. Little, but funny things like the tiny red and ocher bird I painted this morning in a pause from a new oil on paper.
As you can see, the subject is a freaky bird I painted on a scrap of paper I had on my working table. As you can understand, after the many birds I painted before, to paint this one was very fast, but also funny and useful to clean my mind during that pause. 🐦 It's an oil colors painting on 300 gsm paper in a very tiny size (similar to a business card) and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting this funny bird so you can see the process too:
Maybe I'll paint some other similar tiny birds during the next days, because I really think they are nice and maybe I can use it like a "thanks" card for my customers. ❤️
