The photos I’m sharing today for my participation in the #Monomad contest were taken back in 2016. They are portraits I created in my old home, and until now, I had never seen them in black and white.
I recently edited them and completely fell in love with the result.
There’s a certain intensity that emerged, something beautiful and also a bit mysterious.
I’ve always been drawn to the combination of feminine portraits and plants (and by now, I think that’s pretty obvious, right?).
Looking at these older images, I enjoy noticing how I’ve been developing this theme over the years, how it’s evolved and stayed with me in different ways.
