The People's Tournament
Steemmonsters tournaments are supposed to be motivating... for everyone.
By rewarding only the top players, you can't expect the others to keep joining and waste an hour of their lives, only to go home empty-handed and unsatisfied.
So @sparkesy43 and I decided to take a different approach and joined forces to set up a tournament that pays out to no less than
128 people
After all, we all want to feel like a winner every now and then, right?!
Generosity
Now, the idea was good, but since neither of us are whales with an unlimited amount of Steem, we needed to find a way to make this happen.
Our own contributions would never cover the expences.
It is only because of the generous contributions of @johndoer123, @glory7, @brickmanbrad and @doer-minnows that we could pull this off.
Some special bonus prizes were donated by @davemccoy and @beeyou.
A big 'thank you' goes out to all these people. Your generosity made this possible!
Details
Now, you will probably understand that, in spite of the generous contributions, prizes won't be huge.
But we figured that the idea of winning something was more important than the amount. After all, something is better than nothing, right?!
No matter what the prize is, we wanted you to feel like this:
The tournament will happen tomorrow, April 19th, at 12.30 pm GMT (8.30 am EST) and will be played at Bronze level.
