Saludos estimados amigos y corredores de esta activa comunidad de Hive run, es un gusto saludarles esperando se encuentren bien, fortalecidos y esforzados con sus rutinas de entrenamientos.

Les comparto este trote que hice el día de ayer, el cual fue muy beneficioso y fortalecedor ya que pude terminar mi día agotador con un buen ejercicio.

Corri casi 7 kilómetros y lo hice con muy buen tiempo, menos de los 7 minutos por kilómetro, el objetivo que estoy intentando mantener y con estos entrenamientos más seguidos estoy segura que lo lograré y no solo eso sino que lo voy a sostener.

Me siento súper bien y bastante activa para volver a trotar el día de mañana si Dios lo permite. Espero haya buen tiempo porque últimamente ha estado lloviendo mucho.

Bueno amigos, seguimos sumando kilómetros de vida y salud, nos vemos en el asfalto. Gracias

Greetings dear friends and runners of this active community of Hive run, it is a pleasure to greet you hoping you are well, strengthened and striving with your training routines.

I share with you this jog I did yesterday, which was very beneficial and strengthening because I could finish my exhausting day with a good workout.

I ran almost 7 kilometers and I did it with a very good time, less than 7 minutes per kilometer, the goal that I am trying to maintain and with these workouts more often I am sure I will achieve it and not only that but I will sustain it.

I feel great and active enough to start jogging again tomorrow, God willing. I hope the weather is good because lately it has been raining a lot.
