Today was a great day I got a mile and a half worth of steps in today. 2nd month working at a high class hotel where the owner doesn't even pay for A.C. repairs for his employees..the shocker is it hasn't been on since November benefits of selling businesses to foreigners with no interest in your country besides an economical one..I do appreciate that he created a bunch of jobs but at least care about your employees. I got my walk on today after working and standing for 10 and a half hours. Will end the night with some wide pushups so I do not have a little boys chest the rest of my life. If anyone has any good exercises without weights or stretches let me know!! Thinking about buying this pull up bar once I get extra money! Wouldn't imagine selling any HIVE this cheap.
