I wanted to convey the feeling of an unfamiliar surface — not simply a body, but an entire world. I was inspired by the idea of looking at the female breast as if it were an alien landscape: craters, ridges, valleys, illuminated by cosmic light
It was important to me to strip away the obvious so that the viewer could first perceive pure form, texture, and light — and only then, perhaps, realize what they were actually looking at
I wanted to show how something intimate and familiar can become abstract when seen from a different angle. How something earthly and bodily can suddenly resemble the surface of a distant planet
In these images lies an attempt to reimagine the human body as terrain, where the boundaries between flesh and cosmos begin to blur
