Sentir, conocer o percibir algo sin tener que razonar mucho, es a lo que generalmente llamamos intuición, pero en sí este concepto es más complejo de lo que creemos de hecho basa una parte de la teoría del conocimiento humano que se aplica a describir la percepción. ¿Cómo reconocemos la intuición en nosotros mismos? Quizá lo más importante es valorar esos mensajes que podemos recibir del Cosmos infinito, o de una situación que nos indica lo bien o no tan bien de un acto, un paso o acción a seguir. Podemos fijarnos en: * Esa voz interior que suele ser nuestro "yo" queriendo decirnos que está bien, a dónde o cómo, para esto debemos silenciar los ruidos internos y enfocarnos en la paz y el vínculo con nuestra respiración. * Quizá si algún sueño está claro, o si en un momento dado una situación nos parece ya vivida, eso podría indicarnos una chispa de intuición, vale la pena escribir o reseñar algunos hechos que parecen tan reales. * ¿La voz de Dios? Para los creyentes la fe puede tener un sentido intuitivo en el futuro de cada persona, y está bien para la esperanza e igual para los que creemos en un ser superior y único. Básicamente una persona puede ser intuitiva o no, el poder que tenga en nuestra vida va a depender de nosotros mismos y de la forma como enfoquemos esa oportunidad de ser prevenidos, de manifestar un hecho o de darle importancia a los sentimientos y sus consecuencias.
Justo sobre este tema en la noche de ayer hizo una brillante exposición la invitada @tarot911 en el programa el "Arte de vivir" conducido por @damarysvibra y @miriannalis, en dicha tertulia me encantó participar y conocer un poco más el enfoque grupal del tema. Felicidades por los aportes y despertar en cada oyente ese misterio de enfocarnos en cada pieza intuitiva en nosotros mismos. Ahora bien, en la interacción me vino a la mente el concepto de "personas vitaminas" el cual habla de esas personas que nos hacen sentir mejor, a medida que el tema de intuición se planteaba me sentía mejor sobre mi postura ante este don humano del saber y conocer: por ello la asociación a las personas vitaminas. Retomando el tema sobre intuir, estas experiencias pueden estar ligadas a experiencias, nuestro sistema de reflejo aprende y suponemos las posibles respuestas ante hechos repetitivos, esto es una respuesta algo más científica, pero me gusta creer, en lo personal, en el poder inmediato de nuestra mente y en el hecho de que somos "hijos de Dios" y por tanto tenemos la fuerza de él para vencer las tentaciones, miedos y pecados. Escuchar nuestro corazón estará bien, mientras no nos perjudique o implique hacer daño a otros, el poder de la intuición en nuestra vida puede ser entonces una forma de comprensión de nuestro entorno y la relación que establecemos con él y con las personas realmente valiosas para nosotros. Mi mensaje final es, "escuchar, sentir y evaluar" como un todo, sin detenernos mucho y asumiendo que somos auténticos para vivir las experiencias que la vida nos depara.

Feeling, knowing or perceiving something without having to reason much, is what we generally call intuition, but in itself this concept is more complex than we think, in fact it bases a part of the theory of human knowledge that is applied to describe perception.

* Perhaps if a dream is clear, or if at a given moment a situation seems to us already lived, that could indicate a spark of intuition, it is worth writing or reviewing some facts that seem so real.
* The voice of God? For believers faith can have an intuitive sense in the future of each person, and it is fine for hope and the same for those who believe in a superior and unique being.
Basically a person can be intuitive or not, the power it has in our life will depend on ourselves and the way we approach that opportunity to be forewarned, to manifest a fact or to give importance to feelings and their consequences.
Just on this topic last night the guest @tarot911 made a brilliant presentation on the program "Arte de vivir" hosted by @damarysvibra and @miriannalis, in this discussion I was delighted to participate and learn a little more about the group approach to the subject. Congratulations for the contributions and awaken in each listener that mystery of focusing on each intuitive piece in ourselves. Now, in the interaction came to my mind the concept of "vitamin people" which speaks of those people who make us feel better, as the topic of intuition was raised I felt better about my position on this human gift of knowing and knowing: hence the association to the vitamin people. My final message is, "listen, feel and evaluate" as a whole, without stopping too much and assuming that we are authentic to live the experiences that life has in store for us.
