My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2025

A typical Friday. I stayed in the office instead of the factory. In the afternoon, I joined a workshop "Eat clean for a healthy life" in which I learned how to mix a salad with a balanced nutrition, and some dressing recipes. In the evening, there is a farewell party to a colleague. He needs to return to India due to some family's issue. Hope everything will go well with him.
