Mensaje en una botella

ESPAÑOL El fin de semana me encontré con una reflexión escrita en una hojita pequeña, dentro de una botella. Dice así: "Las cosas pasaron tal y como debieron de pasar" Sé que leer esto mientras se atraviesa una situación difícil puede generar malestar e incomodidad. ¿Quién querría pasar por una pérdida, una mala noticia, una situación conflictiva o cometer una equivocación? Nadie, y sin embargo, la vida tiene también "de eso". Negarlo, desear que fuera diferente, solo alarga nuestro sufrimiento y dolor. ¿Tenemos otra alternativa? Desde terapia sí, practicar la autocompasión y la aceptación... Pero lo primero es comprender ese mensajito en la botella. Si las cosas pasaron es porque no podía ser de otra forma... ______________________________ ENGLISH Over the weekend, I came across a reflection written on a small piece of paper inside a bottle. It says: "Things happened just as they should have." I know that reading this while going through a difficult situation can cause unease and discomfort.
