The US markets closed GREEN on Wednesday. This was a nice change from the RED we have been experiencing lately.
Mar 4 Option Moves
Here is my March 4 investment moves:
Since mid-2024, I have been selling my "BORING and SAFE dividend" stocks based on the dividend received, and then I use that cash to fund my new purchase. This is one way I can do it without having to add new capital from my own pocket.
For example: 1. Sell One share of Visa for $354. 1b. Buy 2 shares of QQQM. 2. Sell 1 share of WFC for $71. 2b. Buy 4 shares of BITO for more Bitcoin Exposure.

What you will not see of that I SOLD something before using that CASH to be moved into a different investment. Why I'm adding RISK to my portfolio now when MARKET appears to be going DOWN now? Isn't safe dividend stock the STUFF I should be HOLDING onto instead of SELLING?
Downcycles are often short compared to the Upward GREEN cycles. I'm buying into these high risk now because I saying in 10 years, they will be worth MORE than what I paid for them today.
Look at QQQM: - On Feb 11, I purchased 1 share of QQQM @ $217.20 a share. - On Mar 4, I purchased 2 shares of QQQM @ $201.80 a share.
401K - Mar 5 update
Here is an update on my 401K plan.
- Value $143K (Down from 150K)
- New Capital: $1595 added for 2025 so far.
- YTD is -0.69%!
NFT - Update
So far NFT has gotten weaker since Jan 1, 2025. In general, my RENTAL were generating less profit that last month. I use the "rental fee" that I earned, and I convert that from USDC into BTC.
The value of POKEMON cards changes rapidly.
Pre-ordering from Amazon @ $90 for something only worth $50 is going to be HARD to explain.
This is exactly what happened a few weeks ago and with the Allocation from the Distributor even lower, many think the DEMAND will exceed SUPPLY and the prices will be much higher.
Without a screen capture, it is hard to understand what is happening. The price on the open market is moved from $50 to over $89. Using Amazon or TCGplayer website, you can pre-order using MARKET prices and not MSRP pricing.
Today, you can pre-order using the market price of $109 on Amazon or $90 on TCGplayer. Most people are doing this because they believe the price will spike up to around $110-$130.
If you are a long-time holder, you only need to hold for 3-5 years for most items/products. You can sell at a nice PROFIT and turn around and buy more items at the current market prices.
