This is my entry to the freewriter's community daily prompt There was a meeting in the land of the animal kingdom the messanger in which was the eagle was asked to carry this message to the nook and cranny of the villages. According to the king there was no reason whatever in which the animals would fail to honour the meeting.The information was really well circulated and three days to the meeting more eagles were sent to make sure there were no room for excuses of whatever kind.
Then came the d-dayof the event almost all the animals were there but the ostrich famy were found wanting and lacking behind and was not there for the meeting. At least one would have saved them but of a true no one came forth. The king was really not happy according tbere was supposed to be one animal to be ostracize from the kingdom for disobedient in one way or other and also the king would not disclose the time in which she is supposed to carry out the exercise .
