Knowing when to pause

This is my entry to the hive learners weekly Contest This stress is now a general topic in which is at the mouth of many individuals. We keep hearing it every moment and still of a true something is supposed to be done about it in other to really reduce it. Stress reduction starts with me, my self and also with you also in areas in which i and you knows that we are deviating and we are not doing it as we are supposed to do it. YES, a very big yes i can say that it is possible to prevent this stress. I have come to realize that sometimes self induced stress the very one in which we incure on ourselves in one way or the other. Like a students in which is supposed to start reading immediately from the beginning of the semester but fails to do it, neglecting it and doing other things in which is not aligning now at the period of examination is now left with no option but putting extra efforts to this now leading to stress which is personally caused by him or her. Anything what doing is what doing well and might come with it's stress but who said that it is a must. When there is an adage that we plan not to fail then we get it. There are thousand and one thing in which we can do without working out ourselves to achieve it. There are some tips in which we should follow in it * Start Early: Starting early is one good thing. I am a victim of it when start in time we would see that it would not choke us to the extent of it stressing us as individuals. Immediately you want something you start plan and next action follows as you now start putting maximum effort towards it in the way in which it is supposed. Those things should be backed up with actions for the good betterment of what we are doing.

  • Avoid Procastination: i was seeinv a brother and a friend post today on this. It is very very bad and not to be embraced. We should always run away from it because it would not cause us the very best as we might want it instead it would pill things up making too much load to be on our tables. Let today be today and let's begin already with the actions in which already have to do with as individuals. We can get the best of whatever we are doing. Taking calculative risk is a great thing. Then to my topic knowing when to pause, this rest is requred by we all. It is well deserved and at least we would to rest. You can do it in the most stressful way and the outcome you desereved while still you can still not stress yourself and all would be going smoothly in life by we all.
