Who needs whom? The company or the customer—this has been the question on my mind for a very long time, as I have encountered so many business people who are not serious about their business or who care less about what they are doing.
The question of who needs whom is something that should be learned by all the business people. Do not think that you do not really need your customers because they have choices; you need to keep up with them and try to upgrade whatever you are doing so as to keep them because there are a lot of companies that are out there looking for customers too.
In keeping your customers, you need to learn these things and know how to keep up with them. Here are some tips on how to keep your customers without having to fear if you would lose them:
Trust is something you need to build in the hearts of your customers so that you can keep them. Let them trust you enough to speak about the quality you give them.
Another thing is availability. Let them get what they look for on time, and try to check up on them to know if they actually love the goods or the services you give them.
Also try to give your customers more than what they expect. Be innovative and try to bring something very different from what they have been having.
