Push training [ESP-ENG]
Hello friends of Liketu, #Hive and #swc, greetings and a big hug, after days of having been resting for discomfort and uncomfortable sensations when training, I decided to work my overall thrust with a hybrid routine, so I start with my warm-up focused on shoulders, pectoral, wrists, finished the warm-up and as the first exercise perform funds, I worked this exercise in emon format of 15 minutes for 20 repetitions, this exercise focused to work completely my general push strength, second exercise incline bench press with dumbbells, and here I worked with weights looking to reinforce my strength and work a little muscle building of the upper pectoral, this exercise performed 15 repetitions of 4 sets with dumbbells of 15kg.As third and last exercise openings in peck deck, this exercise I like quite a lot because at some point performs the same work as doing push-ups in rings, perform 15 repetitions of 4 sets always working fully controlled repetitions to focus enough strength and generate congestion for muscle hypertrophy, after these exercises perform a stretch to get cold, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the "movement is life".
