Hello friends of Liketu, #Hive and #swc, greetings and a big hug, after days of being inactive due to discomfort in the elbows, we returned full of energy, so today is a front lever workout, to start perform a complete and specific warm up for the muscles involved in the Front Lever: shoulders, back, core and biceps. After a good warm up I started my workout with a block of Assisted Front Lever with League to help me perform the movement looking to give a little more load to the posterior deltoid where I hold, the maximum possible time in 4 sets, rest between sets of 1:30 minutes, as a second exercise Assisted Front Lever Pulldowns, this exercise I worked to add a little volume to the exercises and work the lever itself, performing 3 repetitions for 4 sets, resting between sets about 2 minutes.As a third exercise front lever holds but in this case change the way the rubber was, this time looking to improve posture and activate the lever well, this exercise perform 4 sets of about 6s hold, to finish about 6 sets of 5 muscle ups and 10 dominated with scapular retraction, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the "movement is life".
