Hello friends of Liketu , #Hive and #swc, greetings and a big hug , today , we started the week working our pull strength , so I performed my specific warm up for the upper body (mobility of shoulders, arms and back) , so I started my training by blocks , the first block Neutral Pulldowns , where I performed 15 repetitions of 4 sets focusing on a controlled technique in both the ascent (concentric) and descent (eccentric) , Resting 2 minutes between sets , as a second block Explosive Neutral Dominoes with the goal of climbing as fast as possible explosive concentric phase helping to develop power and grip strength , of this exercise perform 10 repetitions for 3 sets because these require a little more energy.As the third and final block, Hold in Neutral Dominant Position where we seek the top position of the neutral dominate (chin above the bar) and hold the position for as long as possible, looking to gain endurance and strength that little by little I will work to improve my explosiveness, and with this block I finish my training today, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Great and remember that the "movement is life".
