Hello friends of Liketu, #Hive and #swc, greetings and a big hug, today I started a new training cycle where I am looking to improve the weak aspects that I have not yet mastered the different movements, so I start my week with fron lever, today I wanted to train it a little more dynamic , to start the half up to no more power at the moment this is my favorite exercise for the front lever so I did 4 sets of a maximum of endurance combined with tuck adv pull ups, to work the leverage I did negatives from pike to half without glove plus tuck adv pull ups with deadstop in the touch part of the dominated to gain more strength in the pull ups, here I did 3 reps for 4 sets with different intensities. To finish I worked the tuck adv press to half in search of a good volume, even feeling the fatigue I managed to perform about 3 clean reps of 3 sets, as basic some weighted pull ups and rows or Australian raised to strengthen the back, and without further ado I started my new cycle, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the “movement is life”.
