Hi Liketu friends, #Hive and #swc, greetings and a big hug, having a pretty satisfied week in terms of the front lever, we resumed training plank as I had about a week off for discomfort in the biceps, so we warmed up as usual, today the goal is to improve the posture of the straddle taking into account that we are well strength but lack correct hip posture, I started with straddle from lean with garter to finish getting used to the hip on the extension, I looked good so I did 4 reps of about 4 sets, as second exercise straddle from tuck adv with garter and here I noticed some difference I felt a little more comfortable with respect to the inclination and hip extension, of this exercise I only worked 2 reps with a small hold of 2s for about 3 sets. Now to get a little more volume, straddle without garter and from advanced frog where I noticed a noticeable difference that touches work a little more, here I only did one repetition with a stamina of 3s for 3 series and to finish a series of maximum stamina, at the end of the basic as funds, push-ups and biceps curl to strengthen the biceps, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the “movement is life”.
