Hey Gamers and Game lovers,
Welcome to my blog, where I enjoy talking about the games I play, my experience while playing them, and anything game-related.
It’s been a while since I last played this game. I would even say that since I came on Hive a couple of months back, I have not played this game or even thought about it, because of how engaged I became with other games on my list.
After a stressful day of doing my daily duties for my survival, I told myself it was closing hours and high time for me to shut down, relax on my couch with my console in my hand, and prepare for some gaming to relax. Man! It felt good to be back. The game has changed tremendously with a lot of new changes. Tournaments are now available, playing in different modes, and with a better interface. It was a reunion for me.
I chose Iron Man, my favourite Marvel superhero, in the Avengers and the Marvel universe of superheroes and villains. His suit is a glorifying armour of weapons, with each hole having a blast, and his ability to fly. Why would you not love him?
The first quick matches were all about warm-ups for me to get the juice running for the match I would finally get to play well. Instantly, it came to me that it's all about speed and combat while playing against other players using different superheroes. From the pictures, you can see me heading toward a critical point like the fearless avenger that I am, even though I get put down a couple of times.
Unlike Bloodhunt, where the battles are more intense and it is all about the long-term strategy and how you want to position yourself on the battlefield. In this game, you could spend a large amount of time just moving from one corner to another while aiming and blasting the opposing team at the same time. Marvel Rivals! It is tougher than you think. The moment the battle door to the battlefield opens up, the fight begins for the six superheroes on each team against other superheroes on other teams, I suspect as many as possible, in terms of the teams.
My first few tries were catastrophic for me. The other players humbled me faster than I actually expected. Not too long in, I am already down on the floor. I was caught out of position, melted by enemy fire, and taken into my resting place in the first two rounds. It was brutal for me because the other players were faster than I and better at multitasking, which involved shooting and moving all at once. The game is challenging, that is for sure; you either fast in attack the opposing team or get caught in the middle of battle when you receive severe blasts to your superhero.
Although I was taken down quite a few times, every match was super exciting and fast to play, making it possible to play more rounds. It is nice to be back in the Marvel universe, and Marvel Rival expects more play from me.
