¡Hola amigos y comunidad de Holozing! Espero que estén teniendo un muy lindo día. Hoy continuamos dibujando y llevando a cabo el reto del Zingtober, y me encanta poder estar otro año más participando. Así que vamos a seguir el calendario del Inktober—el prompt de hoy es el correspondiente al día número 26: Puzzling.
¡El dibujo de hoy estará lleno de misterio y simbolismo, como esas antiguas historias de arqueólogos en busca de un tesoro! ¡Comenzamos con el blog de hoy!
For today’s drawing, I’ll be illustrating an ancient puzzle—perhaps one discovered by an archaeologist in a forgotten jungle temple. I started by sketching the puzzle’s base: three connected hexagonal pieces, each bearing one of the Healer symbols—Forest, Ocean, and Light.
After laying out the puzzle base, I added bevels with projected light and shadow to give it strong volume and a 3D appearance. I applied textures to both the pieces and the background. Tree leaves cast shadows over the puzzle, and filtered light adds a sense of mysticism and magic.
I really, really liked the final result—it’s a different kind of drawing with a fresh theme, a much-needed change of pace after so many days of drawing.
Para el dibujo de hoy estaré dibujando un puzle ancestral—quizás algún arqueólogo se lo encontró en un antiguo templo de una olvidada jungla. Comencé dibujando la base del puzle: serán tres piezas hexagonales conectadas, además cada una de las piezas tendrá uno de los símbolos de los Healers: Forest, Ocean y Light.
Después de la base del puzle, le creé un bisel de luces y sombras proyectadas para darle bastante volumen y crear una imagen 3D. Agregué texturas tanto a las piezas como al fondo. Unas hojas de árboles proyectan sombra sobre las piezas y la luz se filtra, creando cierto misticismo y magia.
El resultado final me gustó mucho, mucho—un dibujo distinto y con una temática distinta a lo que he dibujado hasta el momento. Un cambio de aires necesario después de tantos días de dibujar.
