Our main character today will be Forest Healer. Why? Because I believe he’s a character who radiates dedication to study and intelligence. If we’re ready, let’s start drawing!
¡Hola amigos y comunidad de Holozing! Espero que estén teniendo un muy lindo día. Hoy continuamos dibujando y llevando a cabo el reto del Zingtober, y me encanta poder estar otro año más participando. Así que vamos a seguir el calendario del Inktober—el prompt de hoy es el correspondiente al día número 29: Lesson.
De personaje principal en nuestro dibujo tendremos a Forest Healer. ¿Por qué? Porque creo que es un personaje que transmite dedicación por el estudio e inteligencia. ¡Si estamos listos, comenzamos a dibujar!
As I mentioned in the introduction to this blog, today’s protagonist is Forest Healer, radiating wisdom and intelligence. To justify the prompt, we’ll place her—how could it be otherwise?—in front of a large open book, ready to study her Healer lessons and learn to become the best of her kind.
For the first time, I’ll be adding glasses to her design, which I think makes her look even cuter.
I’ll be using Ibis Paint entirely for this drawing, starting with a sketch to establish the base structure. Then I’ll create a line art with some line weight variation, and finally I’ll color using solid blocks layered with gradients to achieve depth and volume through light and shadow.
I really liked the final result.
Como bien adelantaba en la introducción de este blog, hoy tendremos de protagonista a Forest Healer con ese aire de sabiduría e inteligencia. Justificaremos el prompt colocándola—como no puede ser de otra forma—delante de un gran libro abierto, lista para estudiar sus lecciones de Healer y aprender para ser la mejor de su tipo.
Además, le agregaré por primera vez espejuelos, que creo que la hacen ver mucho más cute aún.
Estaré ocupando Ibis Paint completamente para mi dibujo, el cual empezará por un boceto centrando las bases de dibujo. Después haré un line art con algo de valor lineal, y finalmente colorearé aplicando bloques sólidos superpuestos a degradados para lograr profundidades y volúmenes con las luces y sombras.
El resultado final me gustó mucho.
