Hello friends and Rising Star community, I hope you're all having a very lovely day. It’s been a while since I shared a fan art of one of the cards, so with inspiration at full blast and after seeing R541, I opened Photoshop and started drawing to bring you the fan art I’m showing today.

Hacía mucho que no llegaba a la comunidad con un fan art de una de las cartas, así que con la inspiración a tope y después de ver R541, abrí Photoshop y me puse a dibujar para traerles el fan art que hoy les muestro.
The R541 Topper card represents a musician and is a great addition to our virtual band. It performs well thanks to its attributes, and I represented that in my fan art with the shapes that surround it.
La carta R541 Topper representa un músico y es una genial adición para nuestra banda virtual. Tiene un buen rendimiento gracias a sus atributos, y representé eso en mi fan art con las figuras que lo rodean.
I started my fan art by sketching the overall character, using the distinctive clothing from the original card as reference. I chose a chibi style, but much more simplified. Of course, I couldn’t leave out his characteristic microphone—just like any good lead singer in a band.
Comencé mi fan art haciendo un boceto general de todo el personaje, tomando como elementos distintivos la ropa que tiene la carta original. Además, me decanté por un estilo chibi pero mucho más simplificado. Por supuesto que no le puede faltar su característico micrófono, como todo buen vocalista de una banda.
With our sketch ready—which I personally loved—I started working on the lineart. I’m using a semi-fine, very solid brush. Stroke by stroke, the drawing begins to take shape.
Con nuestro boceto listo, que en lo personal me encantó, comencé con el lineart. Estoy utilizando un pincel semifino muy sólido. Trazo a trazo va surgiendo mi dibujo.
With all the line art done, we erased our initial sketch and added a bit of linear value.
Con todo el line art listo, borramos nuestro primer boceto y aplicamos un poco de valor lineal.
Now it’s time for the solid colors. We’ll try to imitate and use the original palette from the card—his outfit will be black and blue, just like in the card—and we’ll also add details to the microphone.
Ahora es el momento de los colores sólidos. Trataremos de imitar y usar la paleta original de la carta: su ropa será negra y azul como en la carta, y le haremos los detalles al micrófono también.
Since our drawing looked a bit flat, we added some volume using layers with different blending modes. We also added highlights, textures, and more elements. This is the final result, and I hope you like it as much as I do.
Pero como nuestro dibujo estaba algo plano, agregamos un poco de volumen con capas en distinto tipo de fusión. Agregamos brillos y texturas, así como más elementos. Este es el resultado final y espero que les guste mucho, como a mí.
