INICIATIVA: ¿NUEVA CÁDIZ O CUBAGUA? ¿CÓMO LA CONOCES TÚ? [Esp/Eng]

Holis comunidad de @hivemargarita, mi familia, mi manada, mi tribu. Hoy estoy aquí, un poco tarde, pero estoy siendo parte de **SU INICIATIVA**, en la que quiero mostrarles una isla llena de encanto, pero actualmente olvidada con poca interacción turística, puesto al sin fin de procedimiento que se necesita para hacer turismo en este territorio, y si estoy hablando de Nueva cádiz o cubagua ¿Que sucedió con esta isla? >Hello, @hivemargarita community, my family, my pack, my tribe. I'm here today, a little late, but I'm taking part in your initiative, in which I want to show you an island full of charm, but currently forgotten with little tourist interaction, given the endless procedures required to visit this territory. I'm talking about Nueva Cádiz or Cubagua. What happened to this island?   En la historia de Venezuela, se consideraba que este territorio era la potencia entre las tres Isla que corresponde a ser hoy Nueva Esparta, mientras que en Nueva Cádiz había carruajes, casas de piedras, un gobierno autónomo. Margarita aún era una población que tenía casas de barro y dependencia de la siembra. Según fuentes y rumor urbano, dicen que su hundimiento fue la venganza de la naturaleza, debido a que los ciudadanos que allí habitaban eran en su mayoría Españoles y los verdaderos ciudadanos de nueva cádiz, fueron usados como esclavos para extraer todas las perlas que allí se encontraban, muchos morían en el intento, ya que eran lanzados con cadenas para que no escaparan y muchos por este trabajo tan pesado no resistían el día tras día. La naturaleza se vengó, por su extracción de perlas y de la cual hoy se desconoce si aún posean si quiera el 1% de lo que en un momento podía exportar. >In Venezuelan history, this territory was considered the most powerful of the three islands that today make up Nueva Esparta, while Nueva Cádiz had carriages, stone houses, and an autonomous government. Margarita was still a town with mud houses and dependent on farming. According to sources and urban rumours, its sinking was nature's revenge, because the citizens who lived there were mostly Spanish, and the true citizens of Nueva Cádiz were used as slaves to extract all the pearls that were found there. Many died in the attempt, as they were thrown in chains so they could not escape, and many could not withstand the heavy labour day after day. Nature took revenge for the extraction of pearls, and today it is unknown whether they still possess even 1% of what they were once able to export.    Regresando al presente, ¿por qué escogí este lugar para la iniciativa? Porque es un lugar del Estado Nueva Esparta que está lleno de misterios de historia, y que toda persona debería conocer e ir al menos una vez en la vida. Sus playas al no ser 100% de uso turístico son prácticamente vírgenes, y su color como podrán ver es perfecto, siento que aún existe el miedo de ir a la isla y estar en medio de un nuevo hundimiento, pero al llegar allí, el entorno, no te deja pensar en nada, solo en admirar su belleza, el color de su mar, de su cielo, de su arena extrañamente rojiza. >Returning to the present, why did I choose this place for the initiative? Because it is a place in Nueva Esparta State that is full of historical mysteries, and that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. Its beaches, not being 100% tourist-oriented, are practically untouched, and their colour, as you can see, is perfect. I feel that there is still a fear of going to the island and being in the middle of a new sinking, but when you get there, the surroundings don't let you think about anything else, only admire its beauty, the colour of its sea, its sky, its strangely reddish sand.
