In this post I will write something about Seasame & Jute. Sesame is very essential food. It's a great source of fiber, lower the cholesterol, good source of vitamin B. Jute leaf is also a good food. It protects our eye health, Jute leaves are rich in antioxidants, it Fights off Colds and Flu, it Improve our digestion. Now let me show you some photos I have taken from the Seasame & the Jute field.😎
We went for a walk in the field one day. That day had a very wonderful atmosphere. We started by visiting the sesame garden. Sesame flowers abound in the garden we visited. Sesame flowers have a white and pink appearance.

Sesame has been very popular with people since ancient times. Various types of sweets are made with sesame. Sesame is very beneficial for the physical growth of those whose body growth is reduced. The people of Bangladesh eat black sesame seeds soaked in water. We entered the sesame garden and took many pictures.
We then exited the sesame garden. We exited the sesame garden and walked into the jute garden. We entered a small grove of jute trees. Those jute trees were little back then. Jute trees are substantially taller than wheat trees.

''Patshak'' which is the leaf of Jute is very popular food among the people of Bangladesh.

Jute leaf contains Vitamin A, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. We filmed that scene when a fly was sitting on a tree.
