Hello friends how are you? Hope you are fine! I would like to shares my daily cooking of the 3 food groups in my family to you. Three food groups need to eat every day for the family,especially for the woman pregnant and children under 5 years old.The three food groups is very importants to build and to grows up of the human wellbeing, it can prevents the communicable disease, it has powerfull,and strengthening of our body. I want encourages you to gets the 3 food groups every day because it has usefully for our health,it can help and prevents our eyes,and skins, especially to prevent communicable diseases.

At the morning I am aways wake up early to a market and I buy vegetables,fish and pork to cook for my children and for grandchildren because a market is open at morning from 6:00-9:00 AM so I prepared the food for 3 times per day for my family, at breakfast,lunch time and for dinner also.

Please joint with me to cook soup fish mixes with vegetables "Cambodia call Samlor Broheo" with gradients such as below:

  1. 400 grams fresh fish
  2. 500 grams green vegetable 3.500 grams Pumpkins
  3. 1 spoon of Khmer Brohok
  4. Salt 1 small spoon
  5. 3 grams of mushrooms

It is very good tasting and delicious. You can do it! My family always happy and joint have lunch together. We are friendly and lovely.
