the latest BitShares UI release candidate has been published (Version 20181121-rc1) and staged onto
https://staging.bitshares.org/
Release notes for this candidate as well as binaries for a local install can be found at

Among other bugfixes are: - Price Alerts for Exchange: Users can now get notifications when the price goes over or under a specified limit - In the bottom right a new button has entered which allows to gather information for debugging. We hope that this will facilitate pinpointing of bugs - Cloud login can now be done without remembering the account name, e.g. for public computers. The account specific information is only stored for the session
