Whenever you are ready to take a screenshot and show off how right you were about buying an asset, usually it means its a good time to take profit

ETH was at over $4,944 when it sharply went down to $4,750 but now recovering

Will this person regret taking profits at those levels if we shoot right past $5,000?

Its wild times when you think about it

ETH hitting an ATH and ETH has been outperforming BTC until only recently

It might be time for ETH to take off against BTC and hit serious price discovery

The difference is, ETH is getting a lot of companies creating strategic reserves

One of the biggest is a bitcoin miner that is choosing to stack up on ETH instead of just keeping their BTC

Its wild to me how bullish is these days

First of all, you can confirm the EIP number for me cause I don't feel like looking it up and I am actually typing this by hand and keyboard no AI no copy and pasting and when I am in a flow I don't want to be distracted by searching stuff

But certain upgrade on ETH has allowed coin burning with every block

Sometimes, Ethereum is net deflationary. Something that bitcoin will never have built into the code unless somehow people can vote it in...

Bitcoin will be less and less inflationary, but ethereum has moments where it is literally deflationary, now imagine when things pick up...

Let me remind you something

The ONLY reason SO many of these EVM L1 / pseudo L1/L2's exist is because Ethereum got SO popular that the network was super busy it became way too expensive for not only the average user but got too expensive that it broke apps

staking for examples. you can't lock $1000 to make $10 if it costs you $100 to run a locking transaction and $500 to run an unlock transaction

So, what happened? many forks of ETH or EVM chains launched

Their main pitch is "low fees, fast"

Here's the thing, its easy to claim to be fast and cheap when no one is using you

Now, there are a bunch of other chains that have decent volume and yes, they are truly cheap to use

However, Ethereum has had major upgrades since the last end of the bull market 2021/2022

Today's ethereum is a lot less expensive to use. right now it's about 2 Gwei or 21 cents to sent right now, and this is actually higher than recent. has been 0.3 Gwen for a while

Now imagine hundreds and thousands of Gwei

here is the thing, I believe those days will come. "If you build it, they will come"

Well, there is more "room" to build on ethereum right now, and regardless of your favourite chain, Ethereum is the big daddy

That is why most people only focus on Bitcoin and Ethereum

Bitcoin is store of value, and Ethereum is the fuel for the defi economy

The thing is though, Ethereum can do everything Bitcoin can do but better

So if Ethereum continues to outperform bitcoin, and grows its liquidity across the globe, we might see a time where people start thinking "what's the point of bitcoin" and the flippening comes to fruition
