Off the many session conducted in our organisation in 2017, I was really impressed with the Naturopathy session. The word was new to me, but once followed, it helped me a lot in my well being. Naturopathy is a holistic system of healthcare that uses natural therapies to support the body's innate ability to heal itself. All of us have our immune system to fight external factors and it is important to enhance them from time to time. The one hour long session was very constructive. It focusses on prevention and treating the root cause of disease rather than just symptoms. It incorporates a range of natural methods, including diet, lifestyle changes, herbs, water, air, and light, along with treatments like massage and acupuncture, to restore and maintain health across physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Nature has been a great healer and naturopathy is just a step towards human well being.

The main takeaway from the session was to improve the body metabolism power. They laid emphasis on giving due rest to the humam internal organs. They described our body as a machine. Just like a machine needs occasional #servicing and #cooling time our body too needs some rest. The rest other than our regular sleep. While the sleep allows the mind and body to relax, it does not allow our internal organs to rest. We eat variety of foods all day long, but never cared for the internal well being. Ultimately, it leads to bad health, stomach problems, constipation bloating etc. To allow the internal organ to rest and relax, we need to abstain ourself from regular eating and allow the body parts to take a break from their routine activities. They suggested to be on natural fruit diet for a day during the week and see the changes and how the body respond. I really impressed with their presentation and followed it from the next days. I started observing fasting for a day in a week. Within 3 weeks I started to feel the difference. The habits does brings positive changes and help me feel more energetic and active.
Appeal to be natural
Nature has always been a backbone of human well being. Nature provides the essential resources for survival, including the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat. Our elder generation was predominantely depended on nature for many things. They eat natural things and live near to nature. The result, they were much healthier and stronger than all of us. They have the natural strength which is far superior that those who goes to gym. They use to depend of fresh veggies, milks, and milk produced which allow them to be mentally strong. But with time everything changed and we were exposed to many artificial products.
Talk about, oil, or ketchup, or butter etc that we use daily, everything is processed food products. They contains certain amount of chemicals that may bring harm to our well being. Exposure to synthetic chemicals in cosmetics, food additives, and other products has been associated with increased risks of cancer, diabetes, obesity, neurological disorders, and reproductive challenges. Artificial products can contain synthetic chemicals that may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, and potentially disrupt our immune systems, whereas natural ingredients are generally gentler and more easily recognized by the body as nutrition. Natural products are seen as earth-friendly because they are biodegradable and don't contribute to environmental pollution in the way that factory-made, non-biodegradable products do.
Natural ingredients are thought to work with the body rather than against it. My experince with naturopathy was the best example that I could relate to. Rather than taking any medical advice, I tried some natural process and its stands out to be more effective. You can try as well and give your view on the outcome.
In good faith - Peace!!
