A good management helps in building a good forum. A group of intelligent and intellectual people who can understand all the need to run an organisation. They are the broad-minded people who can understand the run the organisation quite efficiently. They can take hard decision, hard decision not meant to ask the subordinate to work on 24*7, but they take the quite big one for the welfare of the employee and for the organisation growth.
I am not saying that every management would have a thought full brain that can help in building a quite good environment, as well a good culture within the organisation that make the working effectively.
There is other aspect too, wherein There are few who reached to the higher management position only through influences or sources, incapable of taking decision and try to show the influence and worth onto the employee. They want people to respect them, even though they are not even worth for the wishing good morning.
These people are getting bolder, day by day with the support of the cunning bootlicking employee among the group of employees. Wherever you go, you will find many bootlicking “chaaploos”, who made them god. Just for the sake of getting few recognitions. There main mantra is :
Bootlicking is only way to achieve success.
They are unable to realise that the they just spoiling the environment to such an extent that other employee feeling hard to take breath, in the environment.
It is harder to make them realise that:
If bootlicking is only quality to sustain your job then you are born failed.
These sourced management members and their so-called bootlicker, hampers the working environment that even many a times it leads to huge attrition, company downgrade, but they’re not concerned for the organisation, actually they are so much interested in their self-benefits that they give any damn feeling for the organisation development. They have nothing to do with the company good will, although they always advertise themselves on behalf of organisation goodwill.
The thought process of these are creating a hell lot of tantrums, for the employee, because of these suave people, the good higher management people also loose respect, because they present whatever they wanted to present.
Feeling sick and hapless are only thing that common employee left with. Neither the management are able to figure out these people, because those who favours bootlicking also are the greatest bootlickers. They can go to any low to make themselves available at any time at any cost…..bloody Fuccking asshole!!

A good management people always deserve the respect of al the employees. They get the love of the employee and they revert them with quality management decisions. They are not influcned by the bootlicketrs, and they tend to keep themy away. They listen to them but they are capable to take own decision.
Steemians ,to be very frank ,I have written the post in anger, not sure what I have written, you can understand the pain that i am upto. Latelly We are in such a situation, wherein, it is getting too much impossible to keep respecting these uneducated people, and support the bootlickers. Feeling sick!
