Madayaw Davao!

As part of your @steemph family's effort to reward awesome content creators, @steemph.trail has been launched. In line with this, @steemph.davao will now have a daily post featuring contents from the Davao Region.

Steemph is working on widening curation, and reach other types/forms of contents from the Philippines. As we have announced on our update last July 8, we will be featuring posts about Arts & Crafts on Thursdays. The posts could be about an experience in an Art Gallery or about one's artwork or a tutorial for making crafts. We will include reviews about art materials and mediums, and even Art contests.

The Criteria:

• Author is from the Davao Region (and neighboring provinces that are not yet under any other SteemPH regional arm)
• At Least 3 photos
• At least 150 words
• steemph must be used as one of the tags

"I know this is not one of the best artworks that I've made so far but I still want to share it to all of you. It has a lot of flaws (you be the judge). There's no denying that I messed up, especially on the background and the "fragment" thingies. At first, I thought it would be smooth sailing but boy I was wrong. I was so wrong. Maybe because, I was trying to copy the way he painted his artwork and I wasn't sticking with my own way of doing things."

I set up this contest to raise AWARENESS, APPRECIATION and ACTION regarding the danger our cetacean friends are going through...So, again, let us try to do basic measures to lessen plastic footprints like using less plastic and not buying products with too much plastic packaging. Also, conserving energy, the electricity and water you use to lessen the use of fossil fuels so there's less climate change!

ulog Day 55: Made A Hello Kitty Box out of an old Pizza Box!

A pizza box that was about to be thrown away turned into a cute Hello Kitty box that i use to store my teaching stuff in like chalk, ballpens, markers, and stuff.

This is @steemph.davao's initiative to provide additional exposure to budding Steemians who exert effort to create awesome contents.
