Description from Strava:
There are many things that contribute to a healthy body. Exercise is part of it, but so is diet. I gave up meat decades ago, but seem to do okay. A couple of years ago a doctor friend suggested that I ought to take some supplements. I get big tubs of those from Costco. Last night we went for an Indian and it was very filling. Maybe that slowed me down a little today.
I was doing my regular sprints up West Drive. Those were a little slower than last week. It is still a good workout. I saw a parkrun friend who was off on one of his half-marathon distance runs. You can see him heading up the hill.
I just heard about Parkrace that can show you lots of parkrun statistics that are not on the official site. I can see that I am in the top ten for running the local event the most times. I should be there again on Saturday.
Happy Hump Day and run free!
