Description from Strava:
It was raining a little bit when I went out, but it did not amount to much. After feeding the chicken I headed off to my favourite hill for some intervals. There are not any other significant hills close by anyway.
I was very happy with my performance today with some of my best times in a while going the 300m up the hill. There were a few people walking up and down who probably wonder what this old man is doing, but I do not mind that. Maybe I will be able to get all the sprints under 5min/km soon.
The photo is of one of the logs blocking the entrance to a field. The tree had obviously grown around the barbed wire fence.
Strava notified me that I have clocked up a lot of distance in these shoes. I have had several pairs of Allbirds shoes and am happy with them. They have good eco credentials.
If any Stavans wonder about my hashtags, that is picked up by an app that creates a post on the Hive social blockchain where I earn a few pennies if people like what I write. If you want an account then let me know.
