Hola bienvenid@s a un nuevo Blog.
Hello, welcome to a new blog.
Hello hello dear friends of this great community, I am happy to be back here with you to share with you a juice preparation that with you mixes pineapple and guava, this juice I prepared with the goal of leading a healthier life, and I want to try to consume more natural juices to achieve that goal, now I invite you to follow me on this Blog so you can see the step by step of how I prepare it.
Guava and pineapple juice is a delicious and nutritious beverage that offers numerous health benefits. Guava is rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, making it an ally for strengthening the immune system and improving digestion. Pineapple, on the other hand, contains bromelain, B vitamins, and minerals such as manganese and potassium, which also contribute to digestive health and possess anti-inflammatory properties. This combination is not only refreshing but also helps keep the body hydrated, especially in hot weather. Additionally, both ingredients are rich in antioxidants, which helps fight damage caused by free radicals. Guava and pineapple juice can be enjoyed alone, in smoothies, or even as a base for cocktails, making it a versatile and healthy option. Including this beverage in your diet can be an excellent way to improve your overall well-being.
(Materiales:)||(Materials:)
- Dos rebanadas de piña
- Siete guayabas blancas
- Miel para endulzar
- Medio litro de agua
- Two slices of pineapple
- Seven white guavas
- Honey to sweeten
- Half a liter of water

Paso nro 1
Paso nro 1
To begin, I cut the guavas in half, without removing the seeds, since after blending, I will strain them. The guavas are from my garden harvest and it is good to have one of these plants. It is a very good option to have fruit plants at home.

After chopping all the fruit, I added everything to the blender, and I also added the water and now it's time to blend it. I let it blend for a while because I wanted it to be well blended. Even though I added half a liter of water, I realized that I could have added more water since the juice was very thick, but it's better to leave it like that.

After blending, I strained all the juice. Now, after doing all that, what I did was sweeten it with honey. I used honey because I wanted something very healthy, but you can also add sugar, or even no sugar at all, since the healing properties would work better that way, although I don't like it very sweet.

Now to finish, I find the glass I like the most and put the juice in there, ready to enjoy a refreshing drink.
(Resultado final:)||(Bottom line:)
I hope you enjoyed making this juice. This is how it turned out, and although its color isn't very striking, of course because of the white guava, I imagine that if it were made with pink guava, it would be even better. I'll be eagerly awaiting your opinions in the comments, and if you have any other ideas, let me know. Thank you for joining me this time. I hope to have another opportunity to show you another juice idea.
