Hola,cómo están queridos amigos de lotos y lotus espero se encuentren bien en este día,en el día de hoy les quiero invitar a mi reflexión del día de hoy 10 de septiembre,un día significativo para algunas personas por ser un tema muy fuerte no lo estuve mencionando como algo triste ya que para eso no estamos aquí así que nada de momentos tristes más bien para recordar mejorar y dar apoyo a las personas que pasaron por esta situación difícil en su vida a esas personas que necesitan de tu apoyo y comprensión si tienes a una persona que sea cercana a tu invitala a también leer esta reflexión.

El día de hoy es para esas personas que tienen su propia lucha interna que detrás de una sonrisa hay un torbellino en su interior que al final del día cuando están solos se quitan esa máscara que aparenta felicidad aparente si no lo sabes la persona más feliz y le gusta dar felicidad a otros son las quebradas.

En el día de hoy apoya a esa persona habla con ella demuéstrale que en la vida tiene días buenos y malos y que no está sola en la lucha constante te invito a ti a leer estas palabras enséñale a esa persona que no es una carga y que tiene muchos sueños y metas por cumplir algunos no saben cómo hablar de lo que les dolía o no recibieron la ayuda para aprender a sanar y crecer muchas veces no se puede ver el dolor pero si puede estar atentosa las señales sin olvidar el apoyo sin juzgar por eso hoy más que nunca es importante hablar desde el corazón si conoces a alguien que está pasando por momentos difíciles hazle saber que te importa.

hay personas que son como una pequeña plantita que necesita que la rieguen que la cuiden y estén atentos a lo que necesite para vivir si no estás atento esa plantita empieza a marchitarse pierde las fuerzas empezando por sus pequeñas hojitas se empiezan a marchitar y luego se caen y la pequeña plantita pierde fuerzas y se empieza a secar cada día primero pierde sus hojitas,luego su color, y por último su brillo,pero acaso está todo perdido,no todo está perdido ya que esa pequeña plantita dejo una pequeña semilla para que vuelvas a tener una nueva planta y está vez poder volver a cuidarla y está vez hacerlo bien y volver a empezar porque hay días que son buenos y hay días malos, pero lo que importa es seguir adelante en la batalla.
