SimpleSwap.io has kind of let me down.....I used it before and had no issues, then, my second transaction was in limbo for 17 hours. I submitted an email ticket to get help, then they just replied, "Do you want a refund or the market rate for your transaction?" So now it's over 24 hours, and counting, and I just replied that I want a market rate.....they kinda fucked this one up. They should have just done the transaction, but instead they sent me another email asking me what I wanted to do.....😔
I just hope they honor my transaction, it kind of makes me suspicious.
Has anyone tried stealthex.io and does that service work good?
