Hola, amigos, ¿cómo están? Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un dÃa excelente y productivo. Yo estoy bien, gracias a Dios. Ahorita me encuentro exhausto, pero bueno, mi post de hoy va a ser un resumen de mi dÃa de ayer y de mi dÃa de hoy.
​Ayer tuve un dÃa muy agotador, ya que habÃa ido a trabajar en una carpinterÃa y, ¡vaya!, terminó siendo muy cansado. Hice tres estantes, tuve que lijarlos junto con un juego de muebles y algunas repisas. Luego tuve que preparar el sellador, echárselo, lijar y volver a aplicar más sellador. Cuando llegué a mi casa, descansé un rato, me bañé y me fui a entrenar.
​Ayer hice un entrenamiento de front lever one arm que consistió en 3 series de aguantes en full front lever, 4 series de one leg, 4 series de tuck advance y 3 series de front lever al fallo.
​Y bueno, hoy iba a descansar, pero no lo hice. Tampoco hice mucho, pero sà me siento agotado. Resulta que ayer habÃamos quedado unos amigos y yo en recoger mamones en la casa de un amigo. Asà que fui. Nos fuimos y estuvimos un rato agarrando mamones, e incluso nos cayó la noche. Luego, un amigo de nosotros estaba insistente en que fuéramos al metropolitano y, cuando llegamos, estaban varios amigos nuestros haciendo free. Nos pusimos a practicar con ellos, cosa que me alegra mucho, ya que hoy volvà a hacer el 360. Lo pude hacer dos veces seguidas y me motivé mucho. Espero que mañana, que sà me toca hacer freestyle con un amigo, pueda volver a hacerlo.

Yesterday was a very tiring day because I had gone to work in a carpentry shop and, wow, it ended up being very exhausting. I made three shelves and had to sand them along with a set of furniture and some ledges. Then I had to prepare the sealer, apply it, sand again, and reapply more sealer. When I got home, I rested for a bit, took a shower, and went to train.
Yesterday I did a one-arm front lever workout that consisted of 3 series of holds in full front lever, 4 series of one leg, 4 series of tuck advance, and 3 series of front lever to failure.
And well, today I was going to rest, but I didn't. I didn't do much either, but I do feel tired. It turns out that yesterday some friends and I had planned to pick some mamones at a friend's house. So I went. We left and spent some time picking mamones, and it even got dark on us. Then, one of our friends was insistent that we go to the metropolitan park, and when we arrived, several of our friends were doing free. We started training with them, which makes me very happy because today I was able to do the 360 again. I was able to do it twice in a row and it motivated me a lot. I hope that tomorrow, when I do have to do some freestyle with a friend, I can do it again.
