Hola, amigos, ¿cómo están? Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un excelente y productivo dÃa. Yo estoy muy bien, gracias a Dios. La verdad, hoy tuve un muy buen dÃa; a pesar de no entrenar, fue un dÃa productivo, ya que el grupo Falcón Street Workout realizó una reunión con el señor Manuel Ramos y hablamos sobre muchas cosas importantes.
Entre esas cosas, hablamos sobre varios atletas que se quieren integrar a la comunidad, sobre la evolución que ha tenido este ecosistema, y la verdad es que, en lo personal, me pareció súper interesante. También volvimos a hablar sobre nuestra competencia, la Falcón Wars, y bueno, pudimos echar broma un rato, disfrutar entre todos y contar varias anécdotas.
También les quiero contar sobre un pequeño entrenamiento que realicé. Yo no le doy mucha validez porque, sinceramente, no hice gran cosa. Solo entrené a una amiga en la mañana, y lo único que hice fue explicarle la técnica de los ejercicios y ayudarla. Hoy me puse una rutina sencilla de jalón: le dije que hiciera pull-ups australianas (las hizo asistidas, yo la ayudé), también le dije que hiciera negativas de dominadas, la ayudé a hacer dominadas supinas y, por último, le dije que hiciera aguantes colgada de la barra hasta el fallo.

Honestly, today was a really good day—even though I didn’t train, it was still productive. The Falcón Street Workout group held a meeting with Mr. Manuel Ramos, and we talked about many important things.
Among those topics, we discussed several athletes who want to join the community, the evolution of this ecosystem, and honestly, I personally found it super interesting. We also revisited the topic of our competition, the Falcón Wars, and we got to joke around a bit, enjoy each other's company, and share some stories.
I also want to tell you about a short training session I did. I don’t give it much weight because, to be honest, I didn’t really do much. I just trained a friend in the morning, and all I did was explain the technique of the exercises and help her out. I gave her a simple pulling routine: I told her to do Australian pull-ups (she did them assisted, and I helped her), then I told her to do negative pull-ups, helped her with supine pull-ups, and finally, I told her to do bar hangs until failure.
