A damp condition can generate molds that are harmful to health, I am very particular with molds in the house because I don't want to see and smell it, why? because it breaks my head, the foul smell of molds gets me irritated it has some unwanted reactions from me mentally, in short, I hate messy surfaces inside the house. My main concern is the shower curtain I used to wash it at the end of the day, the molds spots of the curtain is an eyesore if you leave it unwashed for the whole week. And nobody wants to touch a slimey shower curtain in that condition and apart from that it will ruin my day and the fabric of the curtain. And nobody wants to get sick by molds caused by that dampness, yes it may cause serious health problems and for me, I don't wish to die in illness I just want it with old age. It's not just the shower curtains but places in the household like sinks, floors, furniture, and rooms with poor ventilation too. To prevent that dampness make sure that you have installed and use appropriate ventilation in your home.
