¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! Han sido unos días "tranquilos", al menos para mí, aunque mental y emocionalmente, no sea de esa forma. Distraer mi mente con mis ocupaciones y sobre todo, la escritura, es lo que me ha funcionado, hasta los momentos. Así que, antes de que se me pase por alto, me senté a elaborar mi participación para el concurso.

El aspecto de las infraestructuras, es fundamental. En la actualidad, muchas de las casas y edificios, conservan un diseño simple, que podría ser defendible con el pensamiento de que lo importante, es el uso de la edificación. Pero, el ser humano, es una criatura emocional y el aspecto visual infiere mucho en su día a día.

Por eso, el "embellecimiento" de distintas áreas de la ciudad, podría verse como un simple acto para agradar a la población, siendo que, consiente o inconscientemente, va más allá que eso. A todos nos gusta pasear o trasladarnos por espacios que nos den sensación de seguridad y un lugar con un aspecto agradable, siempre nos resultará más ideal para movernos y permanecer.

Como todos, anteriormente no le prestaba atención a éste hecho. Hasta que me uní a la plataforma y en comunidades como #streetart, me fijaba más en lo que se encontraba a mi alrededor, en la busca de hallazgos que pudiese mostrar. De ese modo, acabé siendo atrapada por el encanto de los murales y grafitis, plasmados en los muros y paredes. No como actos vandálicos o simples dibujos, no... sino como una forma en la que el espacio, brillaba con luz propia, pues al ser intervenido de forma artística, obtenía una identidad.

Lo mismo me pasó con los diseños de edificios. Tras acudir a galerías y museos, pude aprender de artistas y en algunos casos, muchas de sus obras se hallaban a lo largo del territorio nacional, entre ellas, el diseño de algunas estructuras. Mi visita al museo de arquitectura de la ciudad, fue maravillosa en ese aspecto.

Es fascinante cuando despertamos ese lado sutil que todos tenemos, a través del cual, somos capaz de percibir esas cosas que están allí pero que pasamos desapercibidas por estar demasiado ocupados. Me alegro de ser capaz de darme cuenta de la belleza existente en donde habito, a pesar de todo.

Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of creative writing! It's been a "quiet" few days, at least for me, although mentally and emotionally, it's not that way. Distracting my mind with my work, and especially writing, is what has worked for me, so far. So, before I forget about it, I sat down to write my entry for the contest.

The infrastructure aspect is fundamental. Currently, many houses and buildings retain a simple design, which could be defended by the idea that what matters is the use of the building. However, human beings are emotional creatures, and the visual aspect greatly influences their daily lives.

Therefore, the "beautification" of different areas of the city could be seen as a simple act to please the population, although, consciously or unconsciously, it goes beyond that. We all like to walk or move through spaces that give us a feeling of security, and a place with a pleasant appearance will always be more ideal for moving around and staying.

Like everyone else, I didn't pay attention to this fact before. Until I joined the platform and communities like #streetart, I paid more attention to what was around me, looking for discoveries I could show. In this way, I ended up being captured by the charm of the murals and graffiti painted on the walls. Not as acts of vandalism or simple drawings, no... but as a way in which the space shone with its own light, because when it was artistically intervened, it acquired an identity.

The same thing happened to me with building designs. After visiting galleries and museums, I was able to learn from artists, and in some cases, many of their works were found throughout the country, including the designs of some structures. My visit to the city's architecture museum was wonderful in that regard.

It's fascinating when we awaken that subtle side we all have, through which we are able to perceive those things that are there but that we go unnoticed because we are too busy. I'm glad to be able to notice the beauty that exists where I live, despite everything.
