Bienvenidos! 🙋🏻♀️
¡Hola amigos!!
Welcome! 🙋🏻♀️
Hello, friends! I am delighted to share with you this recipe that I fell in love with! So much so that I would like to make it again soon. I had always heard many people rave about guacamole, but I didn't dare to make it because I thought it wasn't a big deal, until one day I bought an avocado and it turned out to be overripe, not to say that it was almost in the afterlife and not in this life, ha ha ha. So, it occurred to me to make guacamole for the first time. As simple as it may seem, I was nervous that it wouldn't turn out well, but it turned out to be absolutely divine, and I plan to try it again soon. If, like me, you still haven't dared to try it, here's how I made it, so you can try it when the opportunity arises!Ingredientes:
One very ripe avocado One tomato One quarter of an onion Five cloves of garlic Ground black pepper Two large lemons Hot sauce to taste Whole wheat crackers to accompany

The first thing I did was lay out all my ingredients, ready to be used in the food processor: the garlic cloves, the tomato, and the onion, chopped into small pieces, and of course the avocado, with its skin removed.

Then it was time to mix everything together! I put the ingredients mentioned above in first, then added salt, two large juicy lemons, lots of ground black pepper, and a touch of spice. I don't usually eat very spicy food, but I do like the sensation of a little heat in my food, so after adding all the ingredients, my blender did its excellent job until I got this cream! I left some pieces of vegetables visible because I really love to feel them when I eat something. I served the mixture in a bowl and placed whole-grain crackers around it. This was my snack for watching a movie at home. I can't describe how delicious it was. It definitely became an addictive and very tasty snack. If you, my reader, have another way to prepare it, I'd love to hear from you and follow your advice!
